I use a Wall Calendar which provides an overview of the Year-At-A-Glance. Use the calendar to remind yourself of when large bills/major payments are due. Place major events on the calendar that you would like to attend. Plan ahead so you don’t have to play catch up and also so you can develop a strategy to get things done.

I love The Best Self Journal and I also have a planner that was made specifically for Fitness Professionals call Rise and Shine Journal. I use the Best Self Journal to even write down what I am going to make for dinner!! It’s truly an invaluable tool.
Google Calendar is my right hand woman
Having a Schedule is critical and since most of us are on our phones a lot during the day, I recommend using Google calendar to stay on top of things. If it’s not in my calendar, then there’s a high chance I will forget about it.
